Imagine you're in one of the landing crafts during the Invasion of Normandy of World War II. You're assaulting the shores of northern France as your craft hits the beach in a hail of machine gun fire. The door drops and your platoon rushes toward the enemy bunkers... Welcome to Omaha Beach.
Omaha Beach features a full-size landing craft (with fully operational drop door), dozens of bunkers on the beach and a whole fortified beach head for the defending team. Omaha Beach is best known for its weekend long Beaches of Normandy Scenario Event pitting hundreds of Allied players vs. the Axis forces.
