Reservation and Private Party Policies:
Reservations are first come, first serve. Reservations are like purcahsing tickets to a sporting or concert event. No refunds - all sales are final. Reservations must be paid for 24 hours in advance of event to receive discount. Discount is taken off of regular rates. Not valid in combination with other offers. Private parties must provide a deposit to guarantee booking. Parties who do not pay for 10 players on the day of their event, miss their event or show up more than 1 hour late will forfeit their deposit. Parties must give 3 weeks notice to cancel/reschedule their event date. We play rain, snow or shine. Party cancellations due to lightning, blizzards or unsafe weather conditions are at the sole discretion of WRPaintball.
