*Reservations are first come, first serve. Reservations are like purchasing tickets to a sporting or concert event. No refunds - all sales are final. Discount is taken off of regular rates. Not valid in combination with other offers or discounts.

Private parties must provide a deposit to guarantee booking. Parties who do not pay for 10 players on the day of their event, show up more than 1 hour late or cancel with less than 3 weeks notice will forfeit their deposit. We play rain, snow or shine. Party cancellations due to lightning, blizzards or unsafe weather conditions are at the sole discretion of White River Paintball.

Due to occupancy restrictions, you must request the Indoor Paintball Arena when booking your private party to guarantee play. Only groups with valid Indoor Paintball Arena reservations will be able to play inside. Indoor private parties are not guaranteed "unlimited play time" inside the Indoor Paintball Arena. The Indoor Paintball Arena is limited to 60 players at a time - first come, first serve. Only players who pre-register 24 hours in advance are guaranteed play.
