Coronavirus Update - 5/1/2020

As the situation regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to update the paintball community on how we will continue providing a memorable and safe outdoor paintball experience. Because we are an outdoor facility spread out over 30+ acres and because paintball is a “no contact” sport, we are able to provide a spacious outdoor activity that requires no close player proximities or physical contact.

In order to maintain a safe environment and address customer concerns, we are taking the following actions:

  • Enhanced cleaning protocols. We have increased the frequency of cleaning of both our rental equipment our pro-shop. This will include our standard cleaning procedures as well as an additional disinfecting procedure to ensure rental equipment has been thoroughly disinfected.
  • Additional antibacterial products. Aside from our flush restrooms having hot water and antibacterial soap available for all customers, we will also be including hand sanitizer on the counters in our pro-shop.
  • No physical contact. Customers and employees many not engage in any physical contact including handshakes, fist bumps, hugs, etc. 
  • Updated waiver procedure. We will no longer be providing iPads for customers to complete their digital waivers. Players must complete their online waiver either at home or by using their own smart phone. (Free guest WiFi will be available at our facility.)
  • Check-in and registration. To prevent players from congregating in our pro-shop we will be utilizing the open-air portion of our pro-shop for registration and checkout. (Flush restrooms in our pro-shop will still be available for use.)
  • Limiting team sizes. All teams playing Open Play or in a Private Party will be limited to the guideline set forth CDC guidelines.
  • On field pre-game briefings. All pre-game briefings will now be done on the field of play, while players are all wearing masks, where both teams will be separated and spread out to ensure social distancing.
  • Social Distancing. Customers and employees must engage in social distancing, maintaining a distance of at least 6 feet from each other (unless they live in the same household). This means that players must not share the same picnic table in the staging area and must not share the same bunker/obstacle on the playing field unless they can maintain at least 6 feet of distance from each other.
  • Taking temperatures. We will be taking the temperature of EVERY person at our facility (including players, employees, delivery drivers, parents, etc.) using a “no-contact thermometer.” If the temperature readout is above 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit (based on CDC recommendations) we will ask you to leave.
  • Employees and customers who are feeling sick and unwell. Employees who are feeling sick and unwell will be sent home and placed on paid sick leave. Customers who are feeling unwell should not visit our facility until they are feeling healthy.
  • Limited customers in the ProShop. There will be no more than 3 customers allowed in the ProShop at a time.
  • Limited number of customers in the restrooms. We will be restricting the number of customers in the restrooms to one at a time.

We will continue to monitor and adhere to all regulations and advisories from the CDC and other local, state and federal government authorities to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
